TURN-KEY SOLUTIONS

X-PRO is a company that designs and manufactures equipment for the machining centers and special tools.
Our goal is to become the ideal partner for the supply of clamping fixtures and tooling equipment  dedicated to machine tools.
The experience and professionalism of the team X-PRO allows a complete and innovative approach in delivering turn-key equipment.

X-PRO also designs and builds special tools, in collaboration with major manufacturers around the world.

The study of integrated tools and clamping fixtures allows you to find the optimal production solution, that is to create performance.

X-PRO it is also willing to integrate in the supply of equipment and / or tools of a first set of sampling units (prototypes).
The objective is to reduce the start-up phase at the initial, eliminating all activity optimization, but even more than the set of tools and work program.

The service consists in seeking the best solution for integration of machine tool, fixture equipment and work program, whose goal is to research efficiency and performance.
In this regard, what is proposed is a service designed to search for the optimal solution to produce, that is to create performance. Usually the customer is directed to search of less expensive, splitting orders of fixtures and tools.
Does not exist on the market, or at least not in a tangible and objective, an organizational structure will offer the entire service (fixture equipment, tools set, part-program), with the following positive aspects:

  • Single supplier responsible for the performance of the project;
  • Draft fully integrated tools and equipment, with consequent optimization of the solutions and costs.
  • Reduction of delivery times for the parallel development of projects (equipment / tools);
  • Removal costs "indirect" project management, left almost entirely outsourced to supplierstor X-PRO.

A technical note that up to now is very fundamental to the success of the initial X-PRO is the tendency to facilitate the manual to the operator during loading and unloading of pieces of equipment: the aim is to reduce loading operations for each piece (or, if possible, for multiple pieces).
